Kokomhendo Ensemble presents: Nawaraj Parajuli’s Poetry Concert w/ Yuki Numata Resnick

Nawaraj Parajuli, a poet, songwriter, and a theater artist from Nepal is a known for his Kabita Concert, where he performs poetry with live or recorded music.

In his Poetry Concert World Tour, he has performed poems in two dozen countries in Europe, Asia and North America so far.

His book of poetry Sagarmathako Gahirai has been awarded with one of the most prestigious awards Padmashree Sahitya Samman (2017) in Nepal.

He has been scheduled to perform some of his selected poetry pieces accompanied by an accomplished violin soloist and a distinguished musician, Yuki Numata Resnick on Friday evening on April 12th at the 9th Ward of the legendary Asbury Arts Center.
