COVID-19 Safety Guidelines
Q: What guidelines are in place in response to the COVID-19 pandemic?
Please Note: Events will be presented in accordance with applicable public health requirements and considerations as of the date of the event; which could include changes to capacity, attendance prerequisites, procedures, and other protective measures per government and venue policies.
Currently we recommend masks, especially if unvaccinated, BUT many artists require additional restrictions which may include proof of vaccination, negative PCR tests, and/or masks when not actively drinking. Please check each event page for their specific protocols.
After conferring with the artist’s teams and watching the local numbers we have implemented the following safety precautions for performances in Asbury Hall and The 9th Ward:
— If proof of full COVID-19 vaccination is required it must be two weeks past second shot (or two weeks past first shot for Johnson & Johnson/Janssen) with photo ID matching your proof. We will accept the NY State Excelsior Pass Application (NYS Wallet) for easy access on your phone. We will also accept your physical vaccination card. Please call or email in advance with questions about alternate proof of vaccination for approval.
— If negative COVID PCR test is required results must be received within the past 48 hours. Rapid Antigen or home tests are NOT accepted. Please bring printed or digital proof of your recent negative PCR test with photo ID matching your proof.
— Regardless of vaccination status if you are feeling sick or have been exposed to someone with COVID please stay home.
— Checking for status will add a little time to venue entry so please plan accordingly. If you have special needs please let the box office know in advance.
— These guidelines are subject to change. Thank you for your understanding and for helping keep one another safe.

Q: Is Babeville wheelchair accessible?
Babeville is accessible for individuals with special needs and meets ADA guidelines.
The Asbury Hall floor level is wheelchair accessible. There is also an elevator here for easy access to the 9th Ward, Hallwalls Cinema and Box office. A washroom is located in the main lobby for the convenience of patrons unable to use stairs to other patron lounges.
When ordering tickets, please inform the ticket seller of any special requirements you may have so that appropriate seating may be obtained. Please be aware that Babeville staff members are not permitted to physically move or lift patrons from a wheelchair to a seat. If a patron can move to a seat from a wheelchair, the wheelchair must be stored by a staff member at the rear of the hall to prevent obstructions in the aisle.
Q: Do you have wheelchair/special needs accessible parking?
Limited Accessible Parking is available in our parking lot adjacent to the building. If possible, please try and make plans to have someone drop you off in front of the theatre if you have difficulty walking more than a few blocks. **Please call the box office 716-852-3835 in advance to make ANY special arrangements required for medical issues – we cannot make exceptions to the rules day of show.
